The menu includes:
Red wine Rioja Crianza.
Red wine Ribera del Duero.
White wine Rueda Verdejo.
(Wine: One bottle of wine for every two guests) or the equivalent of two beers for every guest.
Grilled Brie and goat cheese with caramelized onion.
Grilled cuttlefish with ali-oli sauce.
Roasted peppers with anchovies.
Breaded and fried baby squid.
Salmon tartar with avocado, mango, yucca chips and extra virgin oil pearls.
Baby lamb chops grilled with peppers and fried potatoes.
Mixed Rice: with squid, shrimp, mussels, pork and chicken (Minimum two people).
Valencian Paella: with cuttlefish and squid (Minimum two people).
Passion fruit sorbet with mint flavor.
